Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly service throughout events and functions
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to safety standards
- Set up banquet areas with necessary linens, utensils, glassware, and tableware to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Buss tables promptly after guests finish dining to maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Assist with food handling, food preparation support, and catering setup as needed for events
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience through excellent guest relations and attentive service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry, hospitality, or restaurant service is highly preferred
- Demonstrated culinary or catering experience is a plus
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and guest relations
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and proper serving techniques
- Experience working in banquet settings or hotel environments is advantageous
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
