Hotel ZaZa Memorial City is seeking a vibrant, polished, and hospitality‑driven Bartender to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. As a ZaZa Bartender, you are more than a drink maker — you are a creator of memorable moments, a curator of atmosphere, and a cornerstone of our bold, boutique guest experience. This role blends craft cocktail execution with high‑touch service in an upscale, high‑energy environment where personality, professionalism, and showmanship matter. This position requires a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support the lively rhythm of our restaurant, bar, and social events throughout the property.

Craft high‑quality cocktails with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail, following hotel standards for taste and presentation.
- Deliver engaging, polished service by connecting with guests, making personalized recommendations, and anticipating their needs.
- Maintain a vibrant, well-organized bar, ensuring cleanliness, full stock levels, and efficient setup and breakdown each shift.
- Execute service with pace and precision, managing drink tickets, walk‑ups, and dining‑room orders with accuracy and poise.
- Promote beverage offerings by upselling specialty cocktails, wine pairings, and premium spirits in a natural, guest‑friendly manner.
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols, including responsible alcohol service, cash handling, and property standards.
- Collaborate with the larger F&B team, ensuring seamless coordination with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff.
- Represent the ZaZa brand with a confident, elevated style — bringing energy, professionalism, and personality to every interaction.

Must have a valid TABC certification.
- Must have a current Food Handler certification.

Previous bartending experience in a high‑volume, restaurant, bar, or hotel environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, wine, and bar operations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a guest‑first mentality.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and upbeat in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor reflective of a luxury lifestyle brand.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work efficiently behind a compact bar space.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
