Reputable law firm seeking a Florida-licensed Attorney with 2+ years of commercial litigation experience. Experience handling consumer finance protection matters, including claims arising under the TCPA, FDCPA, TILA, and FCRA, is strongly preferred. Responsibilities include drafting motions and pleadings, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and appearing in court.
