Compensation and Benefits
Competitive pay, generally ranging from $30,000 to $45,000 per year, based on hours worked and performance
Bonus opportunities available for reliability and service excellence (up to $60,000 potential)
Company vehicle provided for all assigned routes
Paid onboarding and training, including First Aid and CPR certification
Predictable schedules and consistent assignments

Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a 10-year DMV record
Social Security card (for employment verification)
Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening
Smartphone (Apple or Android) for communication and navigation
Dependable and punctual; available for early morning routes (some begin around 3:00 AM)
Primary Responsibilities
Safely transport clients to and from scheduled medical appointments
Deliver professional, courteous, and reliable service at all times
Adhere to assigned routes and maintain communication with dispatch
Represent the organization with integrity and respect in every interaction
