Duties
- Assist in coordinating stage setup, including positioning props, scenery, and technical equipment to ensure seamless transitions during performances
- Support stage management by communicating cues and instructions clearly to performers and crew during rehearsals and shows
- Help manage backstage operations, ensuring performers are prepared and equipment is functioning properly
- Contribute to the smooth running of rehearsals by organizing schedules, tracking timing, and facilitating effective communication among team members
- Participate in the supervision of routines to ensure safety and precision
Qualifications
- Experience or background in concerts and live events
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with performers, crew, and management
- Public speaking ability to deliver clear instructions and support performer needs
- Demonstrated interest or experience in stage management or production roles within live entertainment settings
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail during fast-paced event environments
- Writing skills for documenting procedures, incident reports, or production notes is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
