About the Role
We are seeking a warm, high-energy, and dependable Server to join our front-of-house team. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will deliver memorable dining experiences by offering genuine hospitality, deep menu knowledge, and prompt service.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Focus: Welcome guests with a sincere smile, seat them efficiently, and anticipate their needs throughout their meal.
- Service Execution: Take accurate food and beverage orders, deliver meals promptly, and maintain a clean, organized dining area.
- Product Knowledge: Guide guests through menu selections, answer questions regarding ingredients/allergens, and make enthusiastic recommendations.
- Operational Support: Complete pre-shift setup, ongoing table maintenance, side work, and post-shift cleaning duties to ensure a seamless service.
- Financial Integrity: Accurately process guest payments using the POS system and maintain precise cash handling standards.
Requirements
- Availability: Open availability required, including morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Attitude: A warm, friendly personality with a strong passion for guest service and team success.
- Reliability: Consistent punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strong physical stamina (standing/walking for long shifts, carrying trays up to 25 lbs).
- Experience: Prior serving or customer service experience preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are top priorities.
Pay: $15.92 - $35.00 per hour
