Position Summary
The Enrollment & Admissions Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for prospective families and plays a key role in communicating the mission and value of the Montessori program. This position combines family relations, admissions coordination, and enrollment growth, guiding families through the process from first inquiry through enrollment.
The ideal candidate is warm, organized, responsive, and skilled at building trust with parents and helping them see the value of a Montessori education.
Key ResponsibilitiesFamily Inquiry & Lead Management
- Respond promptly to all inquiries (email, phone, website, events...etc.)
- Provide clear information about the Montessori program, philosophy, and school community
- Maintain prospective family records in the admissions database/CRM
- Follow up with interested families
School Tours & Relationship Building
- Schedule and lead school tours for prospective families
- Present the school’s programs, culture, and Montessori approach
- Build rapport with parents and answer questions thoughtfully and professionally
Enrollment Process
- Guide families through the application and enrollment process
- Coordinate application materials and documentation
- Communicate admissions decisions and next steps
- Support onboarding of new families
Enrollment Growth
- Track inquiry and enrollment data
- Help develop strategies to increase enrollment
- Support and attend admissions events (open houses, information sessions, school fairs)
- Maintain consistent communication with prospective families
Marketing & Outreach
- Assist with website updates and social media
- Build relationships with local preschools and community groups
- Support marketing campaigns and events to attract new families
Qualifications Required
- Ability to speak, read and write Mandarin Chinese and English fluently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and follow-up
- Ability to build trust with parents
- Professional and welcoming demeanor
- Experience with customer service, sales, or admissions
Preferred
- Experience in private school admissions
- Experience in education and Montessori environments
- Familiarity with CRM systems or admissions software
- Understanding of Montessori philosophy

Pay: $27.18 - $32.74 per hour
