Position Overview:
We are actively interviewing evaluating therapists for our Regional Manager position to oversee operations for 15+ skilled nursing facilities in the Southeast Missouri Region.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures all operations are carried out in strict compliance to company/state/federal guidelines
- Supervises all facility managers
- Responsible for providing adequate coverage of therapy services in all facilities in the region
- Develops annual goals/objectives
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Skilled Nursing and Therapy Dept Management

Experience:
- Rehab Management: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
