We are seeking a dynamic, hands on, and energetic Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, and foster a safe, efficient work environment. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across our production teams.
Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of the production process to meet quality, safety, and efficiency goals
- Lead and motivate production staff, providing clear direction and support to maximize team performance
- Monitor production schedules, adjust workflows as needed, and troubleshoot operational issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards at all times
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule equipment repairs and prevent downtime
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for continuous improvement initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization
Skills
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production management with a strong understanding of production processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with proactive decision-making skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and quality assurance standards
- Effective communication skills to coordinate across departments and convey expectations clearly
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Technical proficiency with manufacturing software systems is a plus
