Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Maestro flooring and refinishing OC, a leading flooring company servicing all Orange county looking for an Outside Sales Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for a fast learner with a background in the construction industry, although previous experience is not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with customers to understand their flooring needs.
- Present and educate customers on Maestro flooring and refinising products and services.
- Provide accurate and competitive pricing quotes to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate and facilitate the sales process.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
Qualifications:
- Fast learner with a passion for the construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable driving around Orange County to meet customers in their homes.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
