Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, assisting at the redemption counter, resolving concerns, and ensuring each guest has a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle situations with professionalism and care. We are committed to creating a fun, welcoming environment and always strive to ensure our guests leave happy.
This is a Part Time Position - We anticipate this will be up to 20 hours a week.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter
- Explain how Claw City works
- Assist customers with questions and concerns
- Operate the redemption counter
- Process customer transactions accurately
- Help create a positive and enjoyable guest experience
- Restock Claw Machines
- General Cleaning Duties
Experience
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Must have open availability and reliable transportation
