We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and health-conscious person to join our small EECP cardiovascular wellness center in West Asheville! EECP is a non-invasive therapy that uses inflatable cuffs around the legs to improve blood flow and circulation, potentially increasing blood flow to the heart.
We’re looking for someone with experience as an:
EMT, Paramedic, CNA, Medical Assistant or someone with comparable healthcare/patient-care experience
The Position:
This is a one-day-per-week position, with a guaranteed 8-hour day and lunch break, paying $175 per day.
The schedule is flexible, and we can work together to find a day that works well for you and us. It can even vary week to week! There may be an opportunity to increase to 2 days per week in the future as the clinic grows. Or if someone goes on vacation and we need cover.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Operating our EECP machines, assisting and monitoring guests during their sessions, providing a comfortable environment for guests, helping with basic clinic setup, following our EECP operating and safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized treatment area.
When there are no clients scheduled, there may also be some light property maintenance, such as weed-whacking and minor landscaping around the property. Usually only 30-60 minutes a day.

Dependable and punctual, comfortable working one-on-one with clients, friendly and compassionate, comfortable around medical equipment, able to follow detailed procedures, comfortable with some light outdoor/property work, interested in cardiovascular health and wellness.
