What You’ll Be Doing
Your daily work will keep you engaged and motivated:
- Tackle Challenges: Assemble heavy-duty racking and fixtures, relying on detailed blueprints and Plan-O-Grams (POGs/MODs).
- Solve Problems: Relocate products, adjust shelving, and create displays that meet our clients’ exacting standards.
- Collaborate: Work alongside a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Lead by Example: Guide team members with positivity and focus, ensuring every task exceeds expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership Experience (Team lead or Supervisor)
- 2–3 years in retail, warehouse, or installation environment (preferably in a travelling merchandising role)
- 1–2 years of stocking/merchandising/build work
- Blueprint / planogram experience
Travel & Requirements
- Weekly travel (500+ miles, overnight stays
- Reliable transportation + basic tools
- Safety-toe shoes required
