The Highlands at Dove Mountain is a premier gate 55+ community located in Marana AZ. The Highlands has an upscale restaurant, golf course and other premium amenities. We are seeking a part-time experienced Line Cook to join our team and help us deliver high-quality meals to our residents, guest and the public. Duties:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and The Highlands
standards
- Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Line Cook in a professional kitchen preferred
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
