Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and visionary Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. Duties
- Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, to ensure smooth daily operations
- Develop creative menus that highlight seasonal ingredients and meet diverse dietary needs
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to maintain high standards of fine dining excellence
- Manage inventory control and food safety protocols to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service standards
- Implement shift management strategies to optimize staffing levels during peak hours and special events
- Train team members on food handling, safety procedures, and culinary techniques to foster continuous improvement
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory culinary role within a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management
- Demonstrated success in managing banquet services, catering operations, and large-scale food events
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse culinary team
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and food safety standards such as HACCP
- Hands-on experience in food preparation, fine dining service, and restaurant operations
- Knowledge of dietary department requirements and accommodating special dietary restrictions
