Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) – Fractional CO2 Laser Specialist
Safi Miran Laser & Rejuvenation Center is seeking an experienced and professional Registered Nurse (RN) with advanced CO2 laser experience to join our team on a part-time basis.
We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience performing fractional CO2 laser treatments within a physician-supervised medical aesthetics environment. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and results.
Responsibilities:
- Perform fractional CO2 Laser resurfacing treatments
- Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and test patches
- Educate patients on treatment expectations, pre-care, healing, and post-care
- Maintain accurate charting and treatment documentation
- Follow all medical protocols, laser safety standards, and infection control procedures
- Collaborate closely with the medical director and clinical team
- Ensure a high-end patient experience from consultation through follow-up care
- Assist with minimal cleaning, room turnover, and laundry duties as needed
- Assist with occasional appointment scheduling and client communication via phone, text, and Instagram as needed
Qualifications:
- Active Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Prior hands-on experience performing fractional CO2 laser treatments required
- Documented laser safety training and clinical competency evaluations
- Training in laser physics, tissue interaction, laser safety protocols, PPE, smoke evacuation, and hands-on clinical practicum
- Strong understanding of skin physiology, wound healing, and post-procedure care
- Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain high clinical standards
Compliance Requirements:
- Must maintain active Nevada RN licensure and all required continuing education (CE) requirements or renewals
- Must maintain current documentation of laser-specific training, competency evaluations, and ongoing competency validation
- Candidates should be prepared to provide documentation of laser training, certifications, and continuing education upon request
- Ongoing education and training updates required in accordance with Nevada nursing and laser safety standards
