Quality Assurance Specialist(Manufacturing)
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist with strong background in manual aerospace inspection and AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI). Assembly QA experience is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional inspections using manual tools and techniques to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
- Conduct AS9102 First Article Inspections and document results accurately.
- Support assembly QA processes, verifying accuracy and quality of finished assemblies.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain inspection records and ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Manual aerospace inspection experience required.
- Knowledge of AS9102 First Article Inspection procedures.
- Assembly QA experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
