Set up and run CNC lathes to produce parts to engineering specifications.

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to define machining operations.

Track machine performance during runs; adjust tooling and parameters to maintain tolerance.

Perform routine preventive maintenance and resolve basic equipment issues.

Verify dimensions using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, and related gauges).

Partner with teammates to enhance processes and increase productivity.

Uphold safety and keep the work area clean and organized at all times.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining preferred.

Demonstrated experience running CNC lathes or similar equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Working knowledge of CNC programming concepts and turning methodologies.

Fluency in reading technical documents, blueprints, and work instructions.

Comfort with precision measurement tools, including calipers and micrometers.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong troubleshooting mindset.
