Job Summary
In this role, you'll apply your voice acting expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how AI models understand, generate, and reproduce natural speech through high-quality, real-world voice recordings.
Please note: the interview and all project recordings must be conducted using your best available audio recording setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Record high-quality voice samples in Mexican Spanish for AI training applications.
- Perform scripts with natural pronunciation, emotion, and conversational flow.
- Demonstrate vocal versatility by expressing a wide range of emotions, tones, and speaking styles.
- Deliver a minimum of 20 hours of high-quality recordings per week using professional recording equipment.
- Follow detailed recording guidelines and consistently meet project quality standards and deadlines.
- Collaborate remotely with project managers and technical teams to ensure audio quality and script accuracy.
- Participate in a technical interview using your actual recording setup, including a live voice performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in Mexican Spanish with excellent pronunciation, diction, and vocal clarity.
- Proven experience in voice acting, narration, dubbing, or related voice-over work, supported by a demo reel or portfolio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency using home studio recording equipment and audio editing software.
- Access to a quiet, acoustically treated recording environment.
- Availability to commit to at least 20 hours per week.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using professional equipment such as the EMU 404 USB Audio Interface, AKG P220 microphone with AKG K271 Mk2 headphones, or RØDE NT1 microphone.
- Previous experience contributing to AI voice data collection or speech technology projects.
- Ability to adapt vocal delivery across different styles, characters, and emotional contexts.
