Overview
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to take ownership of day-to-day restaurant operations and lead a high-performing team. The right candidate will have a strong background in restaurant or fast-food management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
Compensation: $800–$1,200 per week, depending on experience and qualifications. Candidates with extensive restaurant management experience may be considered for higher compensation.
Age Requirement: Applicants must be 30 years of age or older.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient, consistent service.
- Oversee food preparation, inventory, product quality, and operational standards.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and develop team members.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels and coordinate employee schedules.
- Oversee POS operations and ensure transactions and reporting are handled accurately.
- Promote a professional and team-oriented workplace environment.
- Monitor expenses, labor costs, inventory, budgeting, and overall store performance.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and work to maintain strong customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and company operating standards.
- Support catering, banquet, or high-volume food service operations when applicable.
Skills & Experience
- Strong restaurant leadership and operational management experience.
- Experience supervising and developing restaurant employees.
- Knowledge of food production, inventory control, and food-service procedures.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
- Experience working with restaurant POS systems.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a diverse team and maintain accountability across shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 -5 years of restaurant management experience required.
- Previous management experience in a pizza restaurant is strongly preferred.
- Management experience with established quick-service or fast-food brands such as Taco Bell, McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, or a comparable high-volume restaurant operation is also preferred.
- Candidates should demonstrate substantial leadership experience, sound judgment, reliability, and the ability to independently manage restaurant operations.
