Ready to play a critical role in our sales process? At Vero Exteriors, we’re hiring a detail-oriented and reliable Lead & Appointment Coordinator to ensure every opportunity is properly handled, scheduled, and followed up on.
We generate the leads. You make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Confirm and verify canvass-set appointments through phone outreach
- Handle inbound calls and direct homeowners appropriately
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for our in-home sales representatives
- Rehash and reschedule previously missed, canceled, or unclosed appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM
Additional Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up consistently with warm leads to maximize appointment conversion
- Ensure all customer interactions are professional and aligned with company standards
- Assist in managing daily call volume and appointment flow
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead handling processes
- Track appointment outcomes and update lead statuses accordingly
