The Bed and Biscuit is seeking a kennel assistant for our daycare and boarding facility. Position does require working weekends, evenings and holidays. Full Time opportunities may come available. Hours TBD, Weekends are required.
Must be over 18 years old, have a valid drivers license and own transportation. Must have flexible availability and be very reliable!
Ensure operations run smoothly on a day to day basis. Provide the best possible care for dogs and human customers through: Order, Cleanliness, and Customer Service.
Required Qualifications:
-Some working knowledge of dog behavior (will train the right person)
-Positive “Can do!” attitude
-Thrives in a fast paced and changing work environment
-Good decision maker
-Outstanding customer service skills
-Ability to be on feet for 8 hours at a stretch
-Ability to lift 50 lbs
-Ability to run/move/react quickly
-Love dogs
-Love people
-Proficient with Internet, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
