We're seeking a CNC Lathe Operator who is interested in growing into setup and programming. This is a direct hire opportunity with a stable manufacturing company that offers hands-on training and the chance to develop additional machining skills.
This is a low-volume, high-mix environment where flexibility is important. Rather than running the same part all day, you'll perform frequent setups and work in other manufacturing areas as production needs change. If you're someone who enjoys variety and wants to expand your CNC skills, we'd like to speak with you.

- Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and dial indicators
- Make tool wear offsets and minor program edits as needed
- Verify first-piece quality and maintain tight tolerances throughout production
- Assist in other manufacturing areas when machining demand is lower
- Maintain a safe, organized work area
Qualifications
- Experience operating CNC lathes; setup experience preferred
- Candidates with solid CNC operator experience who are eager to learn setup and programming are encouraged to apply
- Experience with Fanuc controls preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
- Basic understanding of G-code/M-code edits is a plus
