Every new installer starts at $21.00 per hour during paid training, where you'll learn SIR's installation standards and work alongside experienced professionals.
Once you've completed training and demonstrated your abilities, you'll transition into our performance-based compensation program, where your income is based on your production—not capped by an hourly wage.
Our top-performing installers regularly earn the equivalent of $50-$70+ per hour, and because there is no cap on what you can earn, your effort, craftsmanship, and productivity directly impact your paycheck.

What You'll Do
As a Residential Flooring Installer, you'll help homeowners transform their homes by installing premium flooring products with exceptional craftsmanship.
Responsibilities include:
- Installing luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, hardwood, engineered hardwood, tile, and other flooring materials
- Measuring, cutting, fitting, and installing flooring with precision
- Removing existing flooring and preparing subfloors
- Performing floor preparation, leveling, and repairs
- Installing transitions, trim, and finishing details
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Working alongside experienced installation professionals
- Delivering exceptional customer service in homeowners' homes
What We're Looking For
We're looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
- Flooring installation
- Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)
- Hardwood flooring
- Laminate flooring
- Tile installation
- Residential remodeling
- Finish carpentry
- Carpentry
- General construction
Experience is important—but attitude matters just as much.

Requirements
- Previous flooring installation or residential construction experience preferred
- Experience installing LVP, laminate, hardwood, tile, or similar flooring is a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
