Lakeside Super One seeking to hire a full-time friendly, dependable, energetic person having previous experience in the food service industry. This position works closely with the Deli Manager, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on knowledge and experience in deli operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the aptitude and desire to grow into a management role.
A certificate in food safety and training in proper food preparation techniques are preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to teamwork are essential for success in this role. Work shifts will be mostly afternoons, with weekend availability a must.
- Employees will be required to stand for up to an 8 hours shift.
- Employees will be required to lift up to 40lbs.
- Starting Rate $18.50/hr
- Management experience preferred
- All days & shifts required; depending on deli needs
- Additional duties include ordering, scheduling, inventory, training employees, and leading workers in the Deli Manager's absence.
- Work shifts may vary with flexibility in terms of scheduling around the needs of the deli. Examples: 12PM-8PM, 10AM-7PM primarily working afternoon and evening shifts, and other times as necessary.
