DESCRIPTION
With more than 30 years of fabric laminating experience, Brookwood Laminating provides top lamination technology for use in high-tech military fabrics, medical equipment, industrial applications, consumer apparel and sailcoth.
Be a part of our exciting team! We are looking to fill 1 Custodian position on 1st shift, 7am - 3pm.
Essential Duties:
- Collect and transport trash and recyclables to compactors.
- Perform machine cleaning activities as assigned.
- Clean bathrooms, windows, office, and common areas as needed.
- Operate powered sweepers and floor scrubbers for floor cleaning.
- Maintain parking lots and facility grounds.
- Perform landscaping tasks, including pruning shrubs and trees.
- Assist maintenance technicians by cleaning work sites after repairs.
- Perform light maintenance tasks as directed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous custodial or industrial cleaning experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and basic hand tools.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, and stand for extended periods.
