What You'll Do
- Lead the sales team every day.
- Coach and develop salespeople to improve performance.
- Help structure and close deals.
- Drive appointments, showroom traffic, and sales.
- Manage internet leads and CRM follow-up.
- Hold the team accountable to daily goals and activity.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent.
- Work with inventory, F&I, and dealership leadership to maximize results.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Automotive sales management experience.
- A track record of growing sales and gross profit.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience coaching and developing people.
- Organized, competitive, and accountable.
- Comfortable with CRM and dealership technology.
- Valid driver's license.
