We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at The Blake at St. Johns. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and enjoys contributing to an environment where residents feel comfortable, safe, and valued.

Primary Responsibilities of the Housekeeper
- Maintain the community in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition
- Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, offices, clinical spaces, common areas, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals, supplies, and methods in accordance with procedures and state guidelines
- Properly operate and maintain housekeeping equipment
- Transport trash and hazardous waste to appropriate disposal areas
- Replenish cleaning and paper supplies as needed
- Uphold a warm, respectful, service-oriented approach to residents, visitors, and team members
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- A caring heart and willingness to serve others
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Desire to work with seniors required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
