Front Desk Agent / Re:Fuel Attendant (Part-Time)
Location: Aloft Hotel, Mount Laurel, NJ
Schedule: Part-Time | 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Aloft is seeking an energetic, customer-focused team member to serve in a hybrid role as both a Front Desk Agent and Re:Fuel Attendant. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by assisting with front desk operations while maintaining the Re:Fuel grab-and-go food and beverage area during the morning hours. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management systems.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
Process reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions.
Address guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality.
Provide information regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Prepare and stock breakfast and grab-and-go food and beverage items.
Ensure Re:Fuel area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation standards.
Maintain proper food safety and sanitation practices.
Replenish coffee stations, beverages, snacks, and condiments.
Track inventory needs and communicate restocking requirements to management.
Assist guests with food and beverage purchases and questions.
Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and guest service areas.
Follow all hotel policies, safety standards, and brand requirements.
Work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support hotel operations.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous hotel, hospitality, retail, or food service experience preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel software systems.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
