Overview
Looking for a compassionate individual to care for senior living in the Rock Rd and Central area.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support when necessary.
- Monitor and document patient observations, vital signs, and medical conditions.
- Support medication administration in accordance with medical guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to promote a safe and comfortable living environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing home settings or long-term care environments.
- Knowledge of patient care protocols, and caregiving best practices.
- Ability to work with individuals with disabilities requiring specialized attention.
- Strong skills in patient observation, medication administration.
- Excellent communication skills and compassionate attitude to provide emotional support alongside physical assistance.
- Background checks will be conducted for this in home work.
- CNA or equivalent work experience.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
