Elegance Clean LLC is a premium cleaning service targeting high-end residential areas, including Green Hills, The Gulch, Franklin, and Brentwood. We pride ourselves on delivering luxury, detail-oriented cleaning services. We are looking for an experienced, reliable Independent Contractor who is a team player and ready to take on bookings as they come in.
We are currently seeking a cleaner who is flexible and willing to take on one-time jobs, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleans, with the potential for recurring clients. You will occasionally work as part of a team and sometimes independently. We offer some jobs at a fixed flat rate that equals your hourly pay, ensuring you never have to rush and can focus entirely on quality!
**Pay Structure & Growth:***
**Trial Period:** All new contractors must complete a hands-on trial cleaning, starting at **$17.00/hour**.
***Pay Increases: ** Once you pass the trial, we will discuss a pay increase based on performance, experience, and whether you provide your own supplies. *
**Growth:** We offer performance reviews every 3 months with opportunities for pay increases up to a maximum of **$25.00/hour**.
**Requirements:*** **Experience:** At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience is strictly required.
***Transportation: ** Must have your own reliable personal vehicle to travel to high-end neighborhoods.*
**Supplies:** Having your own cleaning supplies is a plus and will factor into your pay rate, but it is **not mandatory** to start.
* **Availability:** Must be responsive and able to accept bookings as they are scheduled.
**Professionalism:** Must have a keen eye for detail, a great attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
