Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to handle various maintenance and repair tasks in residential settings. The Handyman will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential properties, including minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks.
- Execute residential painting projects with attention to detail and quality finish.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Supervise minor renovation projects, coordinating with other tradespeople as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and project updates.
