Job Summary: We are looking for a Project Superintendent who is flexible, results-driven team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work and consistently meet deadlines.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: NOTE: Enterprise Builders unilaterally may change the requirements of this job description at any time. - Assist with maintaining the project schedule and controlling costs;
- Proactively identify and strategically solve problems with minimal executive oversight;
- Maintain compliance with construction codes, and safety and government regulations;
- Help oversee internal and external team members, including subcontractors;
- Organize project records including subcontracts, change orders, permits and drawings;
- Build strong relationships with clients/owners, subcontractors and inspection authorities;
- Communicate company policies to crews, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and owner;
- Ensure all onsite operations are conducted safely, on-time, on-budget and to our quality standards;
- Coordinate and direct subcontractors to complete the project within the given budget and time frame
- Assist with overall quality control on the project for both the Company and the subcontractors;
- Analyze and resolve construction problems, develop and implement corrective actions as required, and monitor corrective actions to ensure they are effective in coordination with the Project Superintendent;
- Interpret specifications, blueprints, submittals, shop drawings, and job orders as needed for area of supervision; and

- Prior experience as a construction superintendent or equivalent role;
- Ability to work well with others, particularly subcontractors, and suppliers, in order to direct the completion of required work in both an accurate and timely manner;
- Ability to multitask;
- Proficiency with construction technology: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Blue Beam preferred.

- Work is performed both in an office and at construction sites.

Pay: $72,800.00 - $95,000.00 per year
