We are currently looking for dependable and service-driven Site Managers to join our team. This role is best suited for individuals who are organized, proactive, and confident in leading daily operations while maintaining excellent service standards. Position Overview
Hourly Compensation: $25 - $35/hour, depending on qualifications and experience
Employment Options: Full-Time, Part-Time positions available
Work Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional evening, weekend, or on-call responsibilities based on operational needs

Core Responsibilities
As a Site Manager, your duties may include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of assigned sites, facilities, or residential communities
- Coordinating maintenance work, repairs, and improvement initiatives
- Addressing resident, tenant, or client concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting routine inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
- Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for residents, visitors, and staff
- Communicating and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and service partners
- Monitoring expenses and assisting with operational budgeting when needed
- Ensuring company policies, site procedures, and safety standards are followed
- Maintaining organized records, reports, and operational documentation
- Completing required logs, reports, and participating in meetings as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum of 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to complete pre-employment and random drug testing requirements
- Must successfully pass a background screening
- Comfortable managing responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred Experience & Skills
Candidates with the following experience or qualifications are encouraged to apply:
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team management experience
- Two or more years of experience in residential or property management preferred
- Effective communication, organization, and time management abilities
- Strong multitasking and independent problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Basic computer proficiency for communication and reporting tasks
- Educational background in business, hospitality, accounting, or property management is an advantage
- Familiarity with property systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or facility operations
- Experience in housekeeping coordination, administration, security, or operational support
We also welcome candidates who may not have direct property management experience but demonstrate leadership potential, professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
