This position is the foundation to the success of the rest of the team. Your day is filled with a range of focused production & service tasks. You are preparing the team for success each day by staging products for the rest of the team to manage busy service throughout the day. No matter what you are doing you’re ready to share knowledge, be personable, and anticipate guest needs while preparing for the day. You gain satisfaction by bringing consistent memorable service to each customer, elevating their relationship with Ardor with each pizza and dish you prepare.

Description:
As a Server you are an expert on our products. Your commitment each day is to consistent and quality pizza and service. You are interacting with customers when possible, helping them get what they need whether it is sitting them down to eat, placing an order, or picking up a to go order. You have the ability to explain our culture, give in depth menu knowledge, and provide Ardor moments. The entire restaurant team benefits from your commitment to providing the best care for customers. You are instrumental to our success.
Additional Requirements:
- You have excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly.
- You maintain composure and customer focus while attending to and solving issues
- You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
- Have sanitation certification
Pay & Benefits
At Ardor Park, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
