Morning class instructors needed or Subs for later classes
Creative classes, therapy, or artistic classes and book groups welcome in late afternoon/evening times still available.
We’ve launched a new class-based wellness program, and we’re seeking experienced, motivated instructors to lead offerings in exercise, movement, mindfulness, health and wellness-focused modalities.
This is an ideal opportunity for instructors who thrive in small, individualized group settings—where classes are more personal, therapeutic, and deeply connected.
Sample Class Types We’re Looking For:
- Movement, strength and exercise classes tailored to individual ability levels
- Therapeutic, gentle, or trauma-informed Yoga (Filled - subs only)
- Qi Gong or Tai Chi for healing and balance
- Mindfulness, guided meditation, or nervous system regulation
- Breathwork practices for relaxation, focus, or emotional resilience (filled - subs only)
- Creative wellness class ideas—sound healing, somatic movement, expressive arts, etc.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate small-group or one-on-one sessions tailored to participant needs
- Support a trauma-informed, inclusive, and calming environment
- Collaborate with clinic staff during the beta phase to shape future offerings
- Participate in community wellness events or open houses (optional but strongly encouraged)
- Qualifications
- Certification or training in your area of instruction (Yoga, Qi Gong, meditation, etc.)
- Teaching experience, especially in therapeutic or small group settings
- Passion for integrative and holistic care
- Familiarity with trauma-informed practices
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
