Responsibilities
- Safely operate party buses and motor coaches to transport groups to various destinations, including parties, events, and special occasions.
- Ensure the vehicle is maintained in excellent condition by conducting routine inspections and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with passengers professionally, addressing their needs, and creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere onboard.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations related to commercial driving, school bus driving, shuttle driving, and paratransit services.
- Manage vehicle documentation such as logs, inspection reports, and trip records accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding pick-up times, routes, safety procedures, and any special requests or accommodations.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking as needed while ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bus interior and exterior to uphold a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for operating large vehicles such as a commercial driver’s license.
- Proven experience in bus driving, shuttle driving, limousine service, or delivery driver roles with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a lively and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to bus driving and vehicle maintenance practices.
- Prior experience in customer-focused roles that require clear communication and professionalism.
