She's Counseling & Consulting is seeking compassionate, energetic, and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in our clinic, homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
- Collect accurate session data using electronic documentation.
- Build positive therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.
- Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs regarding client progress.
- Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential standards at all times.
- Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with children is preferred.
