- Mon - Thu: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Fri - Sat: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- Sun: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Wage: $25.00 / hour
- Tips: Performance-based tip system linked directly to individual sales goals/metrics.
5. Requirements
- Fluent English (Required): Ability to provide professional customer consultations and product explanations.
- Proactive Attitude: High interest in skincare, with a bright and welcoming approach to recommending products to customers.
- Responsibility: Strict adherence to store policies (including restricted phone use, dress code) and store cleanliness manuals.
- Flexibility: Ability to adjust and accommodate schedule changes based on store operational needs.
