Production Team Member
Alakef Coffee Roasters is seeking an energetic and coffee loving individual to join our production team for the remainder of 2026. This is a seasonal position.

Schedule: Monday 9 am to 4 pm // Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 8 am to 4 pm. Additional opportunities for hours and advancement for the right individual.
Primary Initial Responsibilities:
· Working with coffee & our team – flavoring / blending / bagging coffee / final packing for shipping
· Bag / order preparation
· Daily / weekly maintenance & cleaning of facility
· Learn about coffee & provide input
· Special assignments as requested
Potential Additional Opportunities:
· Receive special assignments and projects – as requested and available
· Interact with clients & the public
· Sales / Delivery route fulfillment
Additional Requirements:
· Drinks coffee
· Be able to fulfill 75 pounds per hour
· Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
· High school diploma
· Clean driving record
-Over 21 years of age
· Self-starter – tackles assignment before being asked to do so.
· Detail orientated & accurate
· Mechanically inclined
· Knows simple math
· Ability to work independently – but also as part of a team with a goal

Three week training wage $17/hour - $18/hour upon completion
Job Types: Temporary, Part-time
