Job Title TPM Support Operational Change Management
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive TPM Support professional for Operational Change Management to drive and support enterprisewide operational changes ensuring smooth execution stakeholder alignment and minimal business disruption The ideal candidate will work closely with crossfunctional teams to manage change requests governance processes communication plans risk assessments and implementation tracking This role requires strong coordination problemsolving and stakeholder management skills with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
Support endtoend Operational Change Management processes across business and technology functions
Coordinate change requests approvals scheduling and implementation activities across multiple teams
Ensure adherence to organizational change governance compliance and audit requirements
Maintain change calendars release schedules and operational readiness checklists
Collaborate with stakeholders including Engineering Infrastructure Security Operations and Business teams
Conduct impact assessments risk analysis and dependency mapping for planned operational changes
Track incidents postimplementation reviews and lessons learned to improve future execution
Prepare dashboards status reports executive summaries and governance presentations
Drive communication plans for stakeholders before during and after operational changes
Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives for change management practices
Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and service stability
Ensure minimal service disruption and strong incident prevention through effective planning and execution
Required Skills
Strong understanding of ITILbased Change Management processes
Experience in Operational Change Management Release Management or Service Management
Knowledge of incident management problem management and service transition processes
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
Excellent documentation reporting and communication skills
Ability to work in fastpaced crossfunctional enterprise environments
Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities
Experience in risk assessment and compliancedriven environments
Familiarity with governance and audit processes
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or related field
ITIL Foundation certification preferred
PMP PRINCE2 or related project management certification is a plus
Experience supporting largescale enterprise transformation programs preferred
Exposure to cloud operations infrastructure services or managed services environments is an advantage
Experience
5 plus years of experience in Change Management TPM Support IT Operations or Service Management roles
Work Location
Hybrid Onsite based on business requirements
Shift Timings
Flexibility to support businesscritical operational windows and change implementation schedules as needed

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits
Compensation range: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
