B&B Marina on Higgins Lake is looking to hire a dependable and friendly Cashier / Rental Associate to join our team. We are hiring one full-time and one part-time team member for the upcoming season.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the sales and rental counter
- Process retail purchases (including clothing and merchandise)
- Handle rental reservations, agreements, and paperwork
- Fit customers with life jackets and ensure proper safety procedures
- Answer phones and assist customers with questions
- Provide excellent customer service in a busy marina setting
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable standing and being on your feet for up to 10 hours per shift
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
No experience necessary — we will train the right candidate.
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Must be available for weekends and peak summer hours
- Must be available through Labor Day
