Position Title: Replenishment Associate / Equipment Operator
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Shift: Monday – Friday 3:30PM – 12:00AM
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Receives inventory, stocks shelves, picks orders, packages and ships orders
- Timely pulling and downstocking of replenishments
- Maintains inventory control and accuracy through processes and systems set forth by the company
- Safely and efficiently operates all power equipment including: forklifts, reach trucks, order/cherry pickers and pallet jacks
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge, Skills, Duties and Abilities:
- Must have 6+ months verifiable experience operating a standard forklift, cherry picker and reach truck.
- Able to use scanners in conjunction with the WMS system
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Physical Demands and Working Environment:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, reach, lift, carry, bend, kneel, squat, and stoop
- Must have considerable mobility, and be able to stand and/or sit for long durations of time
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
