We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager for our busy breakfast & lunch restaurant. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent leadership and decision-making skills, able to manage people and budgets, and committed to helping our company grow and thrive.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a full service restaurant
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
Salary will be commensurate with experience and benefits will be available as part of the total compensation package. This is a full-time position based on 45-50 hours per week.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
