Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Commercial and Industrial HVAC and refrigeration fields. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and comfort for our clients. Your expertise in property maintenance and field service will be essential in providing high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address any HVAC-related concerns in residential or commercial properties.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC and refrigeration needs.
- Keep accurate records of service performed and parts used during each job.
Qualifications
- HVAC/R License preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience as an HVAC and/or Refrigeration Technician or similar role in this field.
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, heating units, and ventilation processes.
- Familiarity with various tools used in HVAC maintenance, including ohmmeters.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a field service environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license is required (an MVR will be run on all incoming employees for driving status).

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
