A Successful FASTSIGNS Sign Production Specialist Will:
- Produce a wide variety of signs and graphics while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
- Operate large format printers, laminators, vinyl cutters, and other production equipment.
- Read and interpret work orders to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Weed, laminate, trim, and finish graphics using proper production techniques.
- Apply graphics to a variety of substrates, including acrylic, aluminum, PVC, glass, walls, and vehicles.
- Assist with sign fabrication and installation both in the shop and at customer locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment while properly caring for equipment.
- Work efficiently with the sales and design teams to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Sign Production Specialist:
- 1-2 years of experience in sign production preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (4 hours or more)
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
- Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate
- Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
Ability to use light power equipment
