Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally at the front desk, providing courteous and efficient service.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide information promptly.
- Maintain accurate data entry records using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Support office management tasks including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and document organization.
- Assist with customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction through excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing incoming correspondence to keep the office running smoothly.
- Utilize technical proficiency with computer literacy tools to streamline administrative processes and improve productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated customer service expertise with excellent communication and phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tasks.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently with excellent time management skills.
