Duties
- Monitor and record daily journey of residents care
- Support patient hygiene, comfort, and nutrition needs while maintaining patient safety and dignity at all times
- Passing of medication
- Follow strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of care facility infections and uphold high standards of cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care delivery
- Assist with medical documentation and ensure all patient information is accurately recorded in compliance with healthcare regulations assist with cooking and housekeeping
- Support emergency procedures such as CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) when necessary and respond promptly to urgent situations
- Participate in ongoing training
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a group Home settings.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively mental ill patients
- Knowledge of medical passing
- Certification in (BLS) or CPR
- Direct care Training
- Strong communication skills for caregiver interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while maintaining patient confidentiality at all time
