AutoFX is seeking Experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians to join our growing team. If you have 3+ years of professional PDR experience, this is your opportunity to work with a company that values precision, craftsmanship, and rewards strong performance.
As a PDR Technician at AutoFX, you’ll be expected to access vehicle panels, use glue-pulling techniques, and expertly repair dents on both steel and aluminum panels. This is a commission-based role offering strong earning potential based on your production and quality of work. This role will be commuting to multiple customers and have a mobile schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality, efficient PDR services to restore vehicles to like-new condition
- Use glue pulling and panel access techniques to repair small to moderate dents
- Maintain consistent quality and productivity in a fast-paced environment
- Work on various makes and models with accuracy and speed
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 3 years of professional Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) experience
- Expertise with aluminum and steel dent repair methods
- Familiarity with modern dent repair tools and techniques
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Comfortable working in changing weather conditions
