BUILDING MAINTENANCE - Part Time or Full Time
We have an immediate opening for a new position on our Maintenance Team.
Candidates will conduct both General & Preventative Maintenance at the Holiday Inn Express.
Candidates should have experience in the following areas:
Basic plumbing
Electric
Carpentry
HVAC systems
Boilers
Drywall finishing
Landscaping
Painting
Snow plowing.
Candidates must provide their own basic tools and tool belt & transportation to work.
Candidates must have a clean Driver’s License. We have company vehicles for use during work hours.
Swimming pool experience a plus.
